The Greenwoods Club and Lake Resort has been created, developed and is owned by Sterling Greenwoods Limited, a public ltd. company incorporated in 1992 and belonging to Ahmedabad’s STERLING GROUP , a highly experienced group since 1965 dealing in real estate, township development, clubs and resorts.
The Company is having a paid up capital of Rs.423 lacs and is professionally managed by a Board of Directors comprising of well known Engineers, Architects , Chartered Accountants, Marketing and Corporate Experts. The company is headed by the Executive Chairman Mr. B. Kumar, B.Sc. (Eng), MIE Civil Engineer with over 50 years of experience in large scale construction and project management.
